When gamers think of Dragon Quest, they probably think of adventure, exploration, and combat. But a new collaboration between Square Enix and Parco, a clothing outlet in Japan, begs to differ. These two giants are teaming up to release a line of clothing directed at young female Dragon Quest fans or anyone who thinks the little slime creature is cute.
Macaron is an all new character for the PSP’s Twinkle Crusaders GoGo!, a port of the PC visual novel Twinkle Crusaders that did not include this character. Both previous Twinkle Crusader fans and newcomers should check this profile out to get a sneak peak at what lies ahead in the game. She is apparently training to be a devil, so if you’re into that kind of thing and loli, or little girls, keep on reading.
To further support the iOS, or iPhone and iPod Touch version of Street Fighter IV, Capcom will include Crimson Viper as the next free downloadable character. She comes after two previous free downloads – Cammy and Zangief. An early video shows that she seems to retain her abilities from Street Fighter IV. Barcode Kanojo or Barcode Grilfriend is a new application developed by Cybird that allows iPhone and iPod Touch users to take pictures of barcodes and wind up with randomly generated girlfriends. There will be more than 7 trillion possible generated girls, which will test the size limits of harems everywhere.
Based on popular anime and manga One Piece, the upcoming DS title One Piece Gigant Battle’s battle system details just got released. Unlike the previous One Piece offering, One Piece:Gear Spirit for the DS, this game will feature 3-man teams and have an upgraded multiplayer component. Developed by Ganbarion, Gigant Battle is set for a September 9 release date. More details and on these and screenshots after the jump.
