In the rhythm action portion, players tap circles at the proper time to receive a score that can be placed on the leader board. The songs available are based off of the songs featured in the anime series. Players can receive new idol cards to add to their team, which can be leveled up and combined with other idol cards.

In story mode, the player works as a helper who manages the idols' training and schedule. This mode includes the anime voice actresses reprising their role from the series as players interact with the girls as they live their lives as idols.

The anime has already been released in North America, as well as other countries, and can be streamed off of crunchyroll.
