Studio Trigger, the renowned animation powerhouse, celebrated their highly anticipated anime adaptation of Ryoko Kui's beloved manga, Delicious in Dungeon (Dungeon Meshi) at Anime Expo 2023. Following the world premiere episode screening, our team had the privilege of learning more about the series through a roundtable press interview with Kentaro Kumagai, the voice behind the young swordsman Laios, and Sayaka Sembongi, who lends her talents to the skilled magician Marcille. Interview: FLOW @ CrunchyRoll Expo 2019

FLOW has performed in the US several times but San Jose is the first and only place where they've performed three times. Debuting in 2003, the band consists of KOHSHI (Vo/Gt), KEIGO (Vo), TAKE (Gt), GOT'S (Bass), and IWASAKI (drums). The band is famous for their many anime opening and ending songs. We had the chance to chat with them and ask what their thoughts were about their first appearance at Crunchyroll Expo and about their concert from the night before. 

At PAX West 2019, we were able to sit down with Natsuko Ishikawa, main scenario writer, and Takeo Suzuki, art team lead, of Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers. We talked about the process of creating new encounters within the world of Final Fantasy, the launch of their new expansion Shadowbringers and why Lalafells have to sit in big chairs. Junichi Yamamoto Interview @ Anime Expo 2019

During this year's Anime Expo, UNIVRS animation director Junichi Yamamoto told us with his new Kickstarter campaign for Little Witch Academia: VR Broom Racing, there were a lot of challenges involved to make sure that the game was still fun and intuitive on a VR device. THE BEAT GARDEN is a 4 member group composed of 3 vocalists, and 1 DJ, that debuted in 2016 with their 1st single Never End. Their EDM rock style music such as the song “Walk This Way” was used as the theme song for the anime, Rage of Bahamut: Virgin Soul.
This is their first time in the United States performing at FanimeCon held at the San Jose Convention Center. Hear what they had to say on their first visit here.
