28 year old Lee Jin-gyu from Korea has apparently married his dakimakura, or hug pillow of popular anime character Fate Testarossa. Taking the otaku pride to the next level, Lee has been seen taking Fate out on dates including restaurants and theme parks.

Lee's international media attention is probably partially attributed to actor James Franco who recently appeared on the American television series 30 Rock as having romantic relations with a dakimakura.

In a somewhat similar case, a few months back in November, a Japanese man had pledged his love by unofficially marrying Nene Anegasaki, a character in the dating simulation Nintendo DS game, Love Plus.
