The-O Network has recently gained a boom in popularity and we need your help! The-O Network was formed in early 2001 by a group of fans and couldn't have gotten to where it is today without the help and support of fans like yourselves.

We're looking for self motivated individuals who want to take their passion a step further and joining us as members of the anime and gaming press! We're looking for people who can get the job done and done right!

Gain valuable experience working in an organization as well as being inside the Japanese content industry. Get a chance to meet new people including Japanese artists, musicians, and industry members.

Our goal also is to foster and provide an opportunity for individuals to expand their own personal skills and portfolios. Our senior staff will coach the less experienced staff.

 

Videographer

Do you have experience with filming and editing techniques? We're looking for someone who's got the strive and talent to help expand our video productions. Video productions include interviews with popular industry members and concerts of some of the biggest names in the Japanese music industry. If you got the gear and drive, apply at the bottom!

 

Video Editor

We're looking to expand our library of video content and this won't be possible without the help of video editors. Video editors are responsible for help assembling and editing our live productions. These include exclusive interviews with high profile guests such as musicians, artists, and directors and concert videos. Sample tasks include splicing, assembling clips together, and subtitling.

Video Editors should be able to meet set deadlines. Experience using Adobe Premiere and After Effects is preferred. 

 

Staff Writer

Staff writers compose the bulk of the content at The-O Network ranging from gaming and anime reviews, to interviews with musicians and artists. Staff writers also provide news updates and press release information on the front page. When apply for this position, please specify which section you are most interested in (anime, gaming, figures, or music). Staff writers may also cover conventions and events.

 

Video Game Reviewer

Like playing Japanese video games? We're looking for people who not only love playing them, but also want to share with the world what they think!

 

Visual Novel/Dating Sim Game Reviewer

With all these awesome titles now being made available in English, we're looking for those of you who aren't afraid to tell people what they think!

 

Photographer

We're looking for someone who definitely knows their way around a camera and is looking to expand their portfolio. The photographer will be responsible for taking photos at events including cosplays, panels, concerts, and of guests. The photographer will also have the opportunity for exclusive access such as concert photos and photo shoots with high profile guests.

 

Convention Reporter (Correspondent)

The-O Network is based primarily in California and we're looking to expand outwards. We are looking for people who routinely or actively attend anime related events or conventions outside of California. Interested individuals will provide photos as well as report summaries of the event. Convention Reporters will also have the opportunity to interview guests of honor in person. Complimentary press passes will be provided.
