New Features of Pokémon Black and White

Pokémon Black and Pokemon White are about to be released in Japan and some changes from previous. The game will also have major graphical change with over 600 different pokémon, each having individually created animations. Black and White will most likely be the greatest Pokémon game to date and with so many Pokémon to collect; it will probably keep Pokémon heads playing for many years to come – or at least until the next title releases.

Edgeworth Continues with More Investigations

Gyakuten Kenji 2, sequel to Gyakuten Kenji or Ace Attorney Investigations, has just been announced. It will feature a new gameplay system, which has yet to be detailed. The only clue that’s been given is that key word for it is “chess.” Perhaps this means players will begin “trapping” enemies’ faulty logic until they get a “checkmate?” Otherwise, gameplay doesn’t seem to change much. More after the jump.

WHAT'S the deal with imaginary girls?

So recently, I’ve been playing this game that I know a lot of you have heard of…LovePlus+. I write that with some shame, by the way. And I can’t help but ask myself, “What’s the deal with this game?!”

Last Window Dated in Europe

While it was only a cult favorite, Hotel Dusk: Room 215 has a sequel dated in Europe for September 17. Titled Last Window: The Secret of Cape West, it stars Kyle Hyde one year after Hotel Dusk and features the same noir style graphics. Fans of visual novels should enjoy this story driven series that makes good use of the stylus controls. Sadly, the original developer, CING, is bankrupt. The title is being published by Nintendo, but no word yet on an American release. If it does well enough in Europe, perhaps we will see it come over to American shores, a possible revival of CING, and maybe even a third game...?

On the other hand, the press release mentions new modes, but there are no further details at this time. This comes as great news to Megaman fans waiting for something new to play. It's refreshing to see Capcom respond to fans' demand for this game to come stateside so quickly; now let's hope they do something about the boxart for Super Street Fighter IV...

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days Review

Square Enix's beloved franchise is back and has landed on the Nintendo DS. The Kingdom Hearts series is a collaboration of characters from one of the biggest animation studios of all time, Disney, and one of the most popular RPG production companies, Square Enix. When these two companies combine, it's like magic. While Disney's games are pretty dismal, with the help of Square Enix, Disney characters can make an appearance in a deep RPG as well.
