TOMY Group will return to Anime Expo® 2025, North America's largest anime convention, held in Los Angeles from July 3–6. The company will showcase three major brands at its booths: BEYBLADE X, the latest in the globally popular spinning top series; T-SPARK, a premium hobby label featuring collectible and buildable items for adult fans; and Gacha®, Japan’s capsule toy brand. A highlight will be the U.S. Open Class of the BEYBLADE X National Tournament on July 5, where the winner earns a spot at the BEYBLADE X World Championship in Japan this October.
Video game company Taito announced yesterday that it will debut its latest figure brand "DRESSTA" at Anime Expo 2024 in Los Angeles from July 4th to July 7th. Taito notes that the brand will be made-to-order limited edition figures with a unique pedestal design that mimics the environment of the characters' world.
The brand's name is derived from the words "dress up" and "stage" highlighting the detail on the base stand. At their booth in Kentia Hall, attendees can get a first look at the unveiling of the Dressta prototype of Holo from "Spice and Wolf," alongside figures from other popular brands.
Additionally, Taito launched "Taito Gear and Goods," an online store where fans can purchase these exclusive figures and enjoy special promotions, including a launch discount for newsletter subscribers.

Square Enix has revealed a video prototype of a 1/6 scale statue of Terra riding on a Magitek Armor from Final Fantasy VI produced by Japanese statue maker Prime 1 Studio.
The League of Legends Store in China opened preorders on a new Ahri figure. The figure is a part of Riot's Unlocked Statue line which portrays their characters in a somewhat cartoony fashion resembling their in-game models.
Ahri has been released as a figure before in their larger, more realistic premium line based on her A New Dawn cinematic design which was met with mixed reviews.
Historically, merchandise such as figures appears later in the American store and we expect to see her available sometime soon in the future.
